Request a Quote

Tell us what you need, who owns the business and where it operates. We reply the same day during office hours, usually on WhatsApp, and send a written estimate once the scope is clear. An accountant's quote in Egypt is only as accurate as the facts behind it, so we ask a few questions before we price anything.

02What we ask

Five questions that decide your company formation quote in Sharm El Sheikh

Through the form, on WhatsApp or at the office, these are the questions we ask before we price anything. Answer what you can now in the message box, or wait for our first reply, which will ask them.

Question 1What do you need?Mention everything that applies. Several at once is common: a new company is usually followed by monthly books, VAT and payroll.Setting up a companyLicences and registrationsMonthly accounting and payrollTax returns and VATA tax dispute or inspectionResidency or a work permitFilings as a property ownerA feasibility study or due diligence
Question 2Who are you, and where?A foreign investor, an Egyptian business owner, a property owner or an employer; the nationalities of the owners and managers; and the town. Every foreign founder and manager files GAFI security-inquiry forms, and the town decides which Sinai regime applies.Sharm El SheikhDahabNuweiba or TabaEl Tor or Saint CatherineElsewhere in Egypt, or abroad
Question 3What is the business? The sector, the stage (an idea, a registered company or already trading) and the legal form if it exists. Turnover and staff bands are optional, but they show whether VAT, payroll or the simplified regime are part of the work.VAT registration is compulsory from EGP 500,000 of turnoverThe Law 6/2025 simplified regime covers turnover up to EGP 20 million
Question 4When, and how do we meet? Now, within one to three months, within three to six, or just exploring. Then how you would like to talk: at Office 314, on a video call or a WhatsApp video call, with the best time to call you in Sharm time.
Question 5How do we reach you?Your name, a WhatsApp or phone number, an email address if you wish, the channel you prefer for our reply, and your language: Arabic, English, Italian or Russian.
Not sure?Leave it blankMany first messages are a single line, and that is enough to start. The one thing to mention straight away is a deadline, such as a letter from the tax office or a settlement request under Law 152/2026, which can be filed until 31 December 2026.

03After you send it

From request to written quote

A person at Office 314 reads every request. This is what happens next, and how long each stage usually takes on our side.

  1. 01

    Your request reaches the office

The form goes straight to Office 314, Al Azizia Mall, and into the office's own records. A WhatsApp message reaches the same desk.

    Now

  2. 02

We reply and ask what is missing

During office hours, 09:00–23:00 every day, we reply the same day, usually on WhatsApp from +20 10 3349 3011 and in your language. A request sent after 23:00 is answered from 09:00 the next morning.

    Same day, in office hours

  3. 03

A call or a meeting, if the case needs one

Simple requests are priced from the conversation itself. A new company, a Sinai ownership question or several years of filings usually needs a call, a WhatsApp video call or a meeting at Office 314 first.

    When the case needs it

  4. 04

    Your written estimate

Our fee, the government fees and the third-party costs on separate lines, with the documents we need and a realistic time range rather than a fixed date. It is in writing, so you can compare it, share it with your co-owners and come back with questions.

    Once the scope is clear

  5. 05

    Engagement letter, then the work

If you go ahead, an engagement letter sets out the scope, our fees and how and when they are paid, the documents we need and the timetable as a range. Nothing is filed before it is signed.

    Before anything is filed

The same-day reply is our answer to you, not the authorities' timetable. How long the work takes depends on GAFI, the security approvals some Sinai files need, sector licences and legalisation abroad, and the quote says so plainly.

04Before you send

Your details, documents and payments

Your details. Ticking the consent box lets us contact you about this request, and that is what we use your details for. Our privacy policy explains what we keep, why and for how long.

Your documents. Please do not send passport copies, bank details or passwords through the form or in a first message. Once we take on your file, we tell you which documents we need and how to send them.

Your payments. We never ask you to pay into a personal account. Every payment receives an official receipt. If in doubt, call us on +20 10 3349 3011. The same applies to any message that asks you for money before an engagement letter exists.

05What a quote contains

What goes into a bookkeeping quote in Egypt, or any accountant's quote

Every written quote from our office keeps three things apart: what we charge, what the authorities charge and what third parties charge. Government figures are as of October 2026, from the sources listed at the end of this page.

Line in your quote What it covers Who sets the amount
Our professional fee The work we do for you: a formation file, licences, monthly books, VAT and payroll filings, annual returns, a residency or work-permit file Agreed with you in writing, first in the quote, then in the engagement letter
Government fees For a new company: GAFI's notification fee, the Bar Association's certification fee and stamp, the notary's fee and the Commercial Register fee, most of them scaling with capital within caps. Sector, staff and property fees where they apply The law and the authority concerned, such as GAFI, the Ministry of Tourism or the Ministry of Labour
Third-party costs Translation and legalisation of documents issued abroad, the electronic-signature certificate, the registered lease, bank charges Your countries, your documents and your providers

You see each line separately, so nothing is hidden inside a single total. Some official fees are set as ranges, and where a file falls within them depends on the case:

  • Tourism licences. Under Law 8/2022, a hotel, restaurant, café or dive centre pays the Ministry of Tourism an inspection fee and a licence fee covering all agencies, each within a legal range.
  • Work permits. Under Labour Law 14/2025, permit fees are set by ministerial decision.
  • Holiday homes. The Ministry of Tourism charges an inspection fee and a first-licence fee, then a yearly renewal fee.

For a first range on a new company before you write to us, the company setup cost estimator computes GAFI's main fees from your capital. A figure becomes binding only when we confirm it to you in writing, in a quote or an engagement letter, as our terms of use explain.

06Cost factors

What makes the fee larger or smaller

We do not publish prices, but we can tell you what drives them. These are the factors we look at first. Government figures as of October 2026.

The legal form and the ownersAn LLC needs 2 to 50 partners and an auditor; a JSC needs at least three founders and EGP 250,000 of issued capital; a one-person company needs EGP 1,000, fully paid. Any non-Egyptian owner adds GAFI investment reports: within 30 days of a change, quarterly and yearly.Company formationWhere the business operatesSharm El Sheikh and Dahab follow Decree 128/2022: a non-Egyptian project takes the JSC form, and changes of shareholders need security approvals. El Tor and Saint Catherine follow Law 14/2012, with at least 55% Egyptian ownership and a Sinai Development Agency licence.Rules in South SinaiHow many documents you issueMonthly books grow with your volume of sales, purchases, bank lines and cash. Every consumer sale in the Sharm El Sheikh area needs an e-receipt, and costs not backed by an e-invoice or e-receipt are not recognised for tax.Accounting serviceStaff on the payrollEach employee brings salary tax, social insurance (11% employee, 18.75% employer) and Universal Health Insurance, live in South Sinai at 4% employer and 1% employee. Foreign staff add a work permit and, in hotels, tourist restaurants and dive centres, Ministry of Tourism approval.Payroll serviceVAT and the tax regimeVAT registration is compulsory from EGP 500,000 of turnover. Businesses with turnover up to EGP 20 million may use the Law 6/2025 simplified regime: 0.4% to 1.5% of turnover, quarterly VAT and a five-year lock-in. From tax period 2028, every business must keep regular books.Tax servicesPast years and open filesReconstructing past years, or answering an inspection or a letter from the tax office, adds work. Tax-dispute settlement requests under Law 152/2026 can be filed until 31 December 2026, so tell us about an open dispute in your first message.Settlement checker

07FAQ

Quotes: questions we are asked

Why don't you publish a price list?

Because the same service means different work from one file to the next. Monthly books for a small café in Hadaba and for a foreign-owned hotel company differ in volume, VAT, payroll and reporting. We quote per file once we know the activity, owners and location, and government fees always appear on their own line.

How quickly will I hear back?

We reply the same day during office hours, 09:00 to 23:00 every day, usually on WhatsApp and in the language you chose. A request sent after 23:00 is answered from 09:00 the next morning. The written estimate follows once the scope is clear, which for a simple request can happen in the first conversation.

Can we discuss the quote in Italian or Russian?

Yes. Consultations are available in Arabic, English, Italian and Russian, and this website is written natively in all four. Choose your language in the form, or simply write to us in it on WhatsApp, and we reply in that language. The same applies to calls, video calls and meetings at Office 314 in Al Azizia Mall.

Are government fees included in your quote?

They appear on their own line, separate from our fee, so you can see what goes to the authorities. For a new company, the government items are GAFI's notification fee, the Bar Association's certification fee, the notary's fee and the Commercial Register fee; most scale with capital, within caps.

Does asking for a quote commit me to anything?

No. A form, a WhatsApp message or a first call does not make you our client, and nothing is filed on your behalf. We act for you only once we have both signed an engagement letter setting out the scope, our fees, how and when they are paid, the documents needed and the timetable as a range.

Do I need to send documents with my request?

No. A short description is enough to start: what you need, who owns the business and where it operates. Please do not send passport copies, bank details or passwords through the form or in a first message. Once we take on your file, we tell you exactly which documents we need and how to send them.

Can you quote for a business outside Sharm El Sheikh?

Yes. We serve clients across South Sinai from Office 314, by WhatsApp, phone and email, including Dahab, Nuweiba, Taba, El Tor and Saint Catherine. Tell us the town first: Dahab follows Decree 128/2022 like Sharm, while El Tor and Saint Catherine follow Law 14/2012, which requires at least 55% Egyptian ownership in a joint-stock company.
