01How we work
Among accounting firms in Egypt, on the ground in Sharm El Sheikh
A business in Sharm El Sheikh rarely needs only one service. A foreign investor first asks which company form works here; a year later the same company needs VAT returns, payroll and year-end statements for its auditor. The owner of a café or a dive centre asks about e-receipts and finds the tax card, the books and the social insurance file behind them. We handle that whole cycle from Office 314, Al Azizia Mall, in Ras Kennedy, so nothing falls between two advisers.
The services below fall into four groups (figures on the cards as of October 2026):
- Set up: the company, its registrations and the licence your sector needs.
- Stay compliant: books, VAT, e-invoices and e-receipts, payroll, returns, year-end statements and tax inspections.
- Plan and grow: tax planning, cash flow through the high and low seasons, feasibility studies and checks before you buy.
- Live and work: residence and work permits, and the personal tax of owners, landlords and retirees.
Sharm El Sheikh also has rules of its own. Decree 128/2022 sets the company form for non-Egyptian projects here, ETA Decision 484/2022 made e-receipts compulsory for consumer sales in the Sharm area, and Universal Health Insurance contributions already apply to payroll in South Sinai. We build these into each file from the first day, for businesses in Sharm, Dahab and El Tor, and for owners who spend most of the year abroad.
Already know the legal form you want? Go straight to the LLC, one-person company, joint stock company, branch of a foreign company or representative office page. Still deciding? Try the company type finder.

07How fees work
How our fees work
We do not publish a price list: two companies with the same legal form can need very different amounts of work. We quote each case after a short conversation, from the factors below. Official fees are set by the authorities and are separate from ours; GAFI's notification fee, for example, is a percentage of capital with a minimum and a maximum.

08FAQ
Accounting companies in Egypt: questions about working with us
Do you work remotely with clients outside Sharm El Sheikh?
Yes. Consultations run in Arabic, English, Italian and Russian by WhatsApp, phone or video call, and we reply the same day during office hours (09:00–23:00, every day). Most paperwork can be sent as scans. Some steps need your signature in person or a power of attorney, and a foreign attorney-in-fact at GAFI must hold valid Egyptian residency.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. We start with a handover review: tax card and Commercial Register details, access to the Tax Authority portal and e-invoice system, the last filed returns, the books or trial balance, payroll and social insurance records, and any open inspection. We list the gaps first, including costs without an e-invoice, which the Tax Authority does not recognise.
Do you handle Cairo files?
Yes. A company registered in Cairo follows the same national tax calendar as one in Sharm, so we can keep its books and prepare its filings from Office 314. Where a step needs someone in Cairo, we work with a network of partner accounting offices and lawyers.
Do you work in Dahab, El Tor and the rest of South Sinai?
Yes, and the rules differ by town. Dahab falls under Decree 128/2022, like Sharm El Sheikh. El Tor and Saint Catherine remain under Law 14/2012, where a project with foreign owners needs a JSC at least 55% Egyptian-owned and a Sinai Development Agency licence. Exact boundaries depend on the decree's maps, so we check your premises first.
