His title is the Egyptian one, محاسب قانوني, which we render in English as Chartered Accountant. We do not swap it for an Italian or Russian professional title, because those belong to their own national registers and would claim something different. For the same reason you won't find a founding year, client numbers or testimonials here. If we can't show you the document behind a claim, it doesn't go on the page.

Consultations in four languages
The office holds consultations in Arabic, English, Italian and Russian. Write on WhatsApp in any of the four, call, or come to Office 314. We reply the same day during office hours, 09:00 to 23:00 every day, usually on WhatsApp.
When we use an Egyptian term, such as tax card, Commercial Registry, GAFI or the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA), we explain it the first time it comes up, in your language.
The guides on this site are written natively in each language they appear in, from the same checked facts, not translated sentence by sentence. Not every guide exists in all four languages. We publish a language where its readers actually ask the question, so a guide on pensions may appear in Italian and English only, and a guide on work permits may have no Italian version.
How the guides are written and checked
Every rule on this site comes from a fixed order of sources: the Official Gazette first; then the Egyptian Tax Authority, GAFI, the Ministry of Tourism, CDWS and the Ministry of Health; then the published guides of large accounting and law firms; the press last. Each guide dates its rules ("as of October 2026"), numbers its sources and shows when it was last reviewed. Tax and residency guides are re-checked at least every three months, other guides at least every six, and any page a new tax law touches is re-checked as soon as that law appears in the Official Gazette.
One thing we do on purpose: each guide answers its main question in full and holds back one detail that depends on your own case, such as how a rule applies to your contract or your company. That part we answer on WhatsApp or in a consultation, because a general answer to a specific case is where expensive mistakes start. The full rules are in our editorial policy.
